First thing that came to mind when I read this was TEAM ROCKET. I mean they get blasted off on every episode so high into the sky they should have trouble breathing. Not to mention how they blow up which ranges from explosions to being shocked by Ash's lvl 100 pikachu (so many seasons it has to be that lvl). Then they fall from that height. I dunno maybe their will to please Giovanni is to great to let them die.

with this much seasons ash's pokemon sould be atleast 1000 but it always seems like his pokemon's lvl always reset its lvl after every season

Well, anime speaking hey I got to give it up you all have great ideas. Video Games, Mortal Kombat....it's gotta be Johnny Cage! C'mon now he died fair and square in MK2 by Kintaro's hand! (to quote monty python) "But he got better". Also added to the list from the same game series. Liu Kang died....and now he's back as an undead?! C'mon now. It's almost as funny as the whole Family Guy spoof on Steven King and his killer lamp "rawr". I'm also sorry but another character that keeps biting it and shouldn't come back is KING BOWSER! He gets totally messed up in just about EVERY MARIO GAME IN EXISTENCE! Yet he seems to also get better and keep coming back for more punishment.Jori-kun

Bowser. He has fallen in lava at least 5 times. Boom. He should already be dead. And Star Wolf? Being shot down from an altitude of at least 1000 feet many times and still living is not possible. Same with his teammates.

Ultros in FF6. You fight him 3 different times, and he still doesn't die! He eventually becomes a greeter for the coliseum. Which leads me to another enemy that keeps coming back, Chupon. Ultros' taciturn friend and coliseum clean-up crew, Chupon comes back whenever you bet an item in the coliseum that no other monster wants, and he usually attacks with sneeze, which ejects your character from battle, so lame! At least you don't lose the item you bet if you get sneezed away.

team rocket defiantly comes to mind when considering characters that don't die, i mean considering that they get either blasted, electrocuted, or get flying high into the sky in nearly every episode you otta think they'd be dead by now, unless they got about million lives

I'm agree with the Topic Starter on this one. Seriously, that guy has died a good deal of times. WHY WON'T HE JUST STAY DEAD!!! It'd give some more meanin' to the damn Storyline too!!! Deaths always improve an Anime's Storyline, hence, why Naruto is so great,

Zero from Megaman X. He keeps getting destroyed and rebuilt. Megaman X5 was supposed to be the end of him, but then they decided that he wasn't destroyed, he just went into hiding or something. No, that's not it. I saw him get blasted. He was dead. That should've been that.Also, Nash/Charlie from Street Fighter. At the end of each SF Zero/Alpha game, they decide it would be a good opportunity to explain how he dies, then they bring him back in the next one. Capcom really needs to make up their minds about these kinds of things.

Anyone non-human character from the Dragon Ball series is a given, so let's scratch taht out...Bah. I used to know a few. Thing is, they're minor boss characters so they don't matter much. @.@;;

Im amazed nobody has said Ganon. I can think of at least 3 Zelda games where he has died. The original, Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess.

Team rocket. Seriously, pikachu must have electrocuted them hundreds of times. Almost every episode they get punched or exploded over the horizon. How the heck do they survive? They're robots of some sort I think.

Seriously... Team Rocket are THE most 'never-say-die' characters. How many other characters you know appear once per episode, for more than 3 seasons?
