Jessie and James. They have been electrocuted, battered, exploded, inflamed, and severely injured in more ways than I care to remember. I'm surprised that their mob boss Giovanni hasn't killed them yet; perhaps he admires their inexplicable vitality or something. It would be very amusing for them to catch the Pikachu and get scolded for not taking one from the Viridian Forest

If you ever played Alone in the dark on the ps1 then you will remember The father in the Test tube in the libary you had to kill him over and over and really it added nothing to the story

The first thing that came to mind was Super Mario. How many different ways has Mario died? OMG. Lol. But then again you can name any "main character" as a choice.But really...........Nemesis from Resident Evil 3. That was so................................................a.....nnoying!!!NEMESIS!!! There sre alot of Characters out there that won't die. So I'd say the most annoying is one of the oldest. His name....is Mario. He's been in so many games it aint even funny. sure, some ppl can complain " but I just killed Mario on my DS in New Super Mario Bros" But no matter how many times you do, HE STILL COMES BACK 4 MORE!

the virus in parisite eve. they just keep coming back and are so annoying to fight, cuz one hit is 1/4 of your health. and your screwed if a gang of them jump on you.

There's almost always at least one character that never dies, even if they did previously, but the first one that came to mind was Ganondorf. However fun he may be to fight, it gets a bit old...Then again, any new villains wouldn't cut it at all.

Most of the Characters in the World of Warcraft story are immortal... But if TV Shows count... Kenny from South Park is just.. impossible. hehe
