I don't usually remember my dreams. When I do its because it was way beyond strange. One of the few I can remember is I was putting my shoes on, and when I stuck my foot inside my shoe bit my foot off. I don't remember much else of that dream but that for some reason has stuck with me.

Some therapists recommend keeping a pen & paper by your bed so can write down your dreams as soon as you wake up.

Sometimes I do usually I dont though. I sometimes get my dreams mixed up with reality and reality mixed up with my dreams. I think I might be going a little crazy.

I can remember only for a few moments after i wake up.But sometimes I get deja vu moments where I feel like i've seen this happen in my dreams... weird.

I do remember some. I only remember those which are unforgettable and those which my brain actually remembered (even if the dream was senseless).

Sometimes. It's a bit odd--sometimes I'll forget them as soon as I wake up, and sometimes I'll remember them for years and years. I remember clearly the very first nightmare I had at age two, but I've already forgotten the dream I had less than an hour ago.

Most of the times I remember my dreams, even though somedays they seem so long and that I happened instead of it being in my head. I find it very weird that some people don't remember ANYTHING but I guess we are all different :(

I never remember my dreams, and when I think the I had is important then I have to try very hard to remember it and even so I'm not able ot remember the whole dream, sadly.

I only get to remember ones that either disturb me or involved myself getting injured, most of the time. I'd say I only remember about 1 in 40 or 50....

Not all of them, except especially creepy ones. But no matter how much I think about them, I usually forget I had them by the end of the day. This morning though, I dreamed that a scientist, using genetic information from a dinosaur, produced and bred lots of dinosaurs that took over our city. : P Not pleasant.

As Freud will say, vivid dreams usually have some kind of underlying meaning to them...or not. Usually, it's the latter of the two, haha.

When I was younger, I did have some dreams that stuck to my mind but, recently, I've just been sleeping soundly with no memory of anything at all. Hmm... maybe my memory is out of whack? :(

I'd say I only remember about a quarter of them, and it frustrates me when I know that I had a very interesting one. This morning I woke up knowing I had this fabulous dream no more than an hour ago and I couldn't remember any of it other than the fact that I was running in a clothes aisle in a store! XDDo you remember your dreams?

It usually takes me a while after, but yes.

I usually remember my dreams the day I have them because I always wake up in the middle of one. Weird stuff though.

i remember them most of the time; however, only about 50% of each one or soalso was wondering... why do people "pinch themselves to see if its a dream." in most of mine i can feel sensations, even taste and smell. also i have talked to others who dont dream in color. p.s. read The Doors of Perception, its a very interesting essay by Aldous Huxley and it touches on this

I remember one in a blue moon. It frustrates me so much. I wake up and I know i had this awesome time asleep, but I cannot remember any of it, and pretty soon after waking, I completely forget whether i have a dream or not.
