Mine was around 6-7 although i didn't know what it was i still kept it for when i was older. Now i am 10 and it is very old but at least i can still play on it.

I had my GBA when i was 6 and when i was 7 i figured out there was VBA so i dont really play on my GBA anymore

I got my first gameboy at age 8 or 7. It was a special yellow one, with a game included. My uncle gave it to me for my birthday, and until I got it, I had never heard of a gameboy. I started using the VBA last year, then quit when school required too many hours or I was addicted to WoW.

At 4yrs old I was already aware of game boys ( my parents had one )... but not GBA... so those when I was already 7-8 yrs old.

I got a GBA when it first came out, so I would be 7. But it got returned because it was broken and I didn't get to keep one until I was like 9 or 10.

I never had a GBA but now I have the emulator. My first was the GBC when I was 10 or something and my first game was Pokemon Silver yeah that game rocks

I got my GBA when i was 5 and i know everything about it and i knew about GBA stuff when i was 4 the first i got the GBA(not emulator) i accidently broke it by throwing down stairs since i live in a appartment lol!

I don't remember what age I was but I got it like a week after it came out, I was tired of rocking the color gameboy and the gba looked cool too

i think i got mine at like 12 or 13. i remember when the sp came out and my mom was like, "this thing plays the same games and the only difference is a light up screen and it folds?" it was so difficult to convince her that a backlight (really a frontlight for the first batch) made things so much better.

I got my GBA as a present from my uncle in Korea, which was when I was in 4th grade. I later discovered VBA in 5th grade.
