Hey, well I sometimes draw people's characters from the Naruto RPG I play online! I know cool, ain't it? Well here's one of the latest ones, charaters Name was Terrick Sukrai, from the Village of Kusa

Haha.The right eye looks awkward(his left), and arm is displaced, to be honest it looks like a separate arm just floating there.That's all there is to say, really. Other than that, good job.

The first thing is its not a sig and the other is that I hate black and white images

The hand isn't big enough if it's that close to the viewer.

well... I could say that it's not really good. After all, you copied Kakashi. Not to mention as well, the arm looks as if its severed and floating in space. What Shonen said was true as well, his left eye looks funny. 6/10
