For a begginer, I wub 
The only thing I can suggest is slightly erasing the dark stuff on Iron man and adding some lighting by selecting a red color makinga new layer seting it on linear dodge and brushing with a big soft brush =DTEEHKEAH GOT PS THAINKS TO ME
