Hey everyone TGS 08 has started and it has been confirmed that Shadow and Setzer from FF6 will be playable in Dissidia FF.

I have read the preview on this and it looks good. It is a bit different from casual fighters, since you can attack physically or spiritually.

Pretty disappointed that Final Fantasy VII garbage is going to be present in Dissidia. But it's to be expected.

After seeing all the characters, this game looks amazing. It'll be fun to see if all the characters tie in some how, or what exactly the story is, if there is one at all.

It looks pretty interesting, and seems appropriate as an anniversary item of sorts. However, I really don't like fighting games.I'll still get it though, since I am a pathetic fangirl.

Bartz looks kind of weird, but I don't care since the character from FF5 that I was hoping for was Exdeath. Actually, Gilgamesh would have been even better, but Exdeath is almost as good. I hope this game ends up being good.

I've been looking forward to this since it was first announced. From what I heard there are supposed to be characters from every final fantasy game in it. This brings up a few questions the first is, will Cecil or Kain be in it? The other question that comes to mind is, will Garland be in it and vocalize the best line from any RPG "I Garland will nock you all down!"

i just want this game to get aquanted with Final Fantasy, cuz after advent children and crisis core ive been wanting to play all the Final fantasy games except i cant find any of the original games

Yup.I'm looking forward to using Tidus, Terra, and Warrior of Light. Seems to be a pretty interesting fighting game. Just hope it lives up to the hype. Been disappointed by FFXII

It looks almost like kingdom hearts based combat. Its probably going to be very similar... I wonder what the exploration will be like?
