a sharp word is cooler, can slice bullets, and wont run out of ammo. guns however fire from long distance, and bullets are fast

Swords/knifes. I've just always liked them, not sure why. Plus I know how to fight with knives (guns, not so much).

Swords are my favorites: THEY CAN SLICE YOUR FOE. (I think Dante-the Devil May Cry protagonist-doesn't have a true choice)

I think swords are much cooler. I'm not sure why but ever since I was a kid I always thought they were more BA.

Why is the expression "bring a knife to a gun fight" used if knives are better? It's obviously guns. Long range is safer.

Swords are without a doubt cooler, guns just lack the style and awesomeness that swords have, and a sword doesn't have to be reloaded.

How many guns are useful in the DBZ series? NONE. Not even ****ing rocket launchers.How many swords? Lesse... Trunks Sword is awesome. Then there's the epic Z-sword... which is then broken... wow. Then there's Yajirobe's sword, used to slice off Vegeta's tail. I'd say swords are better.

for the sake of practicallity i would pick a gun. A sword is based entirely in melee but a gun has range and if need be could be a melee weapon (getting hit with the gun stock). So i pick gun.

I think that guns are better. They are better because you can get enimies from a distance not just really closelike swords. Also i think that there are more types of guns then there are types of swords.

Swords don't run out of bullets. Remember that if you are ever under attack by zombies. In games/animu however, some swords can create projectile things and bullets are slowed down enough to the point where if you were a non-extra you would be able to dodge the bullet. So it all really comes down to whatever setting/situation you are in. I prefer swords though. I'm sure you'd hate to be turned into Swiss cheese and suffer through a slow death :3

While Sword do indeed not use bullets, they do dull. Eventually when surrounded by a horde of zombies that the sword will become stuck inside a zombie that will live, and catch you off guard. While a better alternative to guns in a zombie scenario, a better alternative might as well be a bat. I also hate to tell you but if you become swiss cheese you are more than likely dead, and suffering a slow death would be encounter more with a blade.Swords don't run out of bullets.
