Not all guns are hi tech, they have existed on your planet for hundreds of years. Swords, on the other claw, are now often cut with lasers or made from molds, rather than being smithed by hand as they were in the past. I know this because me and Masamune Date were old swinger buddies. Don't ask.Swords are the best, people have been using them since forever and guns are just too high tech =/

No, it takes little skill to use a sword in actual combat. All that fancy movie stuff is glorified choreography. And don't even get me started on anime. Do you think that the Knights of yore fought like that, leaping and spinning around like ballerinas? Also guns are difficult to use, which is why a police officer even getting a 50% accuracy rating is considered above average. Of course most armies teach you how to master many kinds of guns quickly but that's another story.Since I do not possess opposable thumbs I simply claw the eyes of my foes out. Like a little girl.I like swords much more than guns. It actually takes skill to wield a sword and not just the ability to line up two pieces and pull a trigger.
