Yeah, I'd be pretty freaked out too if I were being chased by small spaces.But, yeah, like most kids, I was deathly afraid of what was(n't) under my bed. I remember leaping into bed from the middle of my floor to avoid stepping near that dark, scary abyss. I also remember taking other blankets and tucking them into the bed frame in such a way that they draped over the edge and covered that space between the bottom of my bed and the floor. For some reason that made me feel much more secure.I dunno. I was a weirdo.Getting chased by cars and small spaces

I was afraid of a ghost in the closet when i went to bed.I wasn't sure if I should keep my closet shut because then I'd be afraid of it opening.And if I let it open and there was a new moon it was scary!

when i watched the turn of the screw and saw colin firth's ghost and the scene where the boy died, i became scared of the dark and of big eyes. i also saw detective conan and was really scared to the point of nightmares.

I am deathly terrified of beetles. I hate them they give me the creeps. When I was 5 or 6 I was outside sitting on my porch and this big green one with pincers flew on my leg, and I have been scared of all types ever since.

I used to be afraid of "running out of time". That's why I never played video games that were timed, because it would actually make me nervous to the point where I would start crying because my time was going down.

I despise yellow jackets. I got stung 30 or so times in 30 seconds last summer. I ran through the neighborhood into someone else's home screaming bloody murder (if you think you know what that sounds like, trust me, you don't). Luckily, I'm not allergic, or I probably wouldn't be here.

An intense fear of death. I know that seems very common, but I'm talking about to the extent where I'd sit for hours in my room, trying to devise ANY possible way to cheat death when my time comes...and then crying when I realized it's impossible.

I have fear of birds...I don't like the idea of being pecked at...>_< I don't mind snakes crawling up my body (I've tried it once, it's cool) or dogs chewing on my hands while I play with them but birds...>_< I think I got it because I used to take care of a rooster with a friend and then one day right in front of my eyes I saw how it was gutted, plucked and cooked...and a flock of geese went after me and my cousin (yes we live in a used to be farmland) it was just traumatic...

Hello!I used to be really scared of darkness & I had to fall asleep with the light on...Otherwise I just won't sleep..Now everything is fine but my son has the same fear that I used to have...

Childhood fears, huh?Well I've got psycho, weird, fearful childhood nightmares that still haunt me till these days..Well I think it's a matter of my physiologic mind.. The nightmares it self that I face ain't normal childhood nightmares (kids tend to dream monsters, devils, aliens, etc.)..The nightmare that I face is like an manifestation of an abstract place that likes to shape shift to whatever it wants.. and it even makes me fear the stuff that i don't fear at all..My nightmare places looks like plain rooms with no furniture, then it shape shifts to anything it wants (usually it changes to high places).. Then it makes me float or levitate to a certain height, and then I see this spinning cube, suddenly the spinning cube changes to abstract shapes.. I dunno if I'm crazy or something, but when that process happens I freak out like hell in my dream.. What makes me laugh is that the sightings that I saw in my so-called nightmare ain't scary at all, but it just drives my mind insane.. And the best part is, It still happens to me know.. lol..

Loud and/or abrupt and scary sounds always bothered me. the darkness a little.
