My biggest childhood fear was being alone.It's weird and creepy. You never know who is lurking behind your or is going to kidnap you and demand ransom that your parents can never pay offO_O

Yeah I really was afraid of being alone for a while too. Its probably because I grew up the youngest in a large family and I was always around people. Ads for horror movies (like the panic room) just exacerbated my fear.I'm ok with being alone now.

For some reason, I've been afraid to try cottage cheese since I first saw it as a child, and I haven't touched the stuff since.

the one thing that happened to me when i was a kid was when i fell off my bike and hit my chin on the concrete and i went to the hospital and got stiches it was terrifying and ive been afraid of surgery ever since..........and i have to get surgery on my sinuses in a week.............

The dark, I still am. I tend to run to the closest source of light. And when I go to bed, I crawl under the blanket and face the bed so that if someone came in, they would only see my back and I wouldn't see them. It used to be really hard to breath but today I'm used to it, it's really convenient against the cold.Also spiders...urgh

I've been afraid of dogs since childhood because I saw this girl get bitten by one and that just scarred me. I mean one look at their sharp teeth sends me running.

Mine would be this alien I got scared of after looking at its turtored expressions. Another would be extreme heights, which lingers to a point, but not as much.Last fear would probably be spiders and cockroaches

The dark, death, ghosts and spiders.If i see a ghost spider dying in the dark, i passout (lol)Spiders are just... yuck.The dark is a place that ghosts are, so that doubles.Death... well.. i like to live.

Being alone in Darkness. I'm not that coward when I'm a child D=Oh yeah this is a bit out of topic, but I'm afraid of teletubies, MUCH, when I'm a still a kid. They looks like alien..!!! (in my TV, singing, dancing, hugging oemgeh)

Dark and open spaces. Something about the emptiness just freaks me out, it leaves too much space for imagination to take over, and I have a pretty wild imagination.

Scared of BIG, HAIRY, POISONOUS spider although my friend wants to be a entomologist when she grows up (she loves insects and spiders)Once she even picked up a slug so it wouldn't be stepped on *faint* So gross

The darkness. All of those horror movies of Freddy, Jason, etc, didn't help allay that fear.

i have always hated and loathed and been scared to death by height, but at the same time i like the idea of flying and the wind going through ur hair. Hmmm i think i have one hypocritical fear! meh doesnt matter to me!! Xp

I had a childhood fear of my uncle. I ran in terror at the site of him, but for some odd reason I never knew why. He was just creepy.
