eh, I had a childhood fear of the dark to that I only recently just got over like two years ago. I used to be terrified of the shadows, now I'm just terrified of the shadows and camping because I don't want to be eaten.

I have stage-fright ever since I embarrassed myself on stage in front of the whole school in Primary 1(Grade 1). I still freak out whenever I go on stage.

First a fear of not the Dark, but the spiritual entities that dwell in the dark. Trust me they exist. I have gotten more used to it but it still scares me at times when I have night terrors at 2 am. Secondly tapping into my dark side. Everyone has it. It's a choice. You choose to do good or do evil. Light and Dark exists in everyone all the time and everyone is capable of doing anything. Either the most Heinous evil or the most Saintly good. I fear to find out what my most Malicious evil deed would be.

For a very long time I was afraid of toilets because of the movie "Look whose talking back 2" I believe it was called, there was a part with a talking toilet with fangs that scared me so much I would use the toilet.

does anyone have fears that have plagued them since childhood?

I have always been fearful of electricity, well not electricity itself but thunder/lighting...Every time I hear thunder I keep thinking that It might hit me. Then I usually let go of anything that I think conducts electricty and go inside.
