if im a warrior type i choose a man and if its the stealthy type or mage then i choose woman

me too. i like to play as a dude because i try to create a character to my likeness. My friend says, "if i'm going to star at a person all day i'd rather it be a girl." makes sense i guess...I usually play as the dude, my friends tend to choose the opposite genders. *Shrugs*

It depends on the game for example in soul calibur I started with Necron and Astoroth but soon found myself using Talim and for alot of the games that have you choose I try both types out but eventually just use the female characters

I tend to play as the guy for most rpg's, but in fighters it's a different story, since they have different movesets etc.

all depends on the game, and what your playing as. fighting games is usually guys, brute strength over speed (Soul Calibur, Nightmare Vs. anyone else) but in MMO's like warcraft, like playing a girl... cant understand why

i usually play as a dude because in general theyre more prone to the strength attributes and i dont really need speed case my timing is wicked

When I play a game usually the character that I play is a guy.But sometimes I play as girl characters.

I usually go for whoever I play best with when it comes to fighting games. As for rpgs I go with the male, naturally. I think most people would choose their gender.

I would normally play has both male or female, it doesn't really matter to me at all.
