Actually it's more likely to be delayed because they're making Pokemon Platinum for the 3rd edition of D/PThis is true.

I don't think it's true. The boxart doesn't really look like anything Nintendo would put out, it's something that could be photoshopped in like 10 mins. A G/S remake would be nice, and probably will happen eventually, but I don't think this is it.

Oh em gee, Gold and Silver were my favorite versions, I would still play them now, but the graphics, game play, speed, and all of that kind of stuff... but if these are real... wow...

I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out to be fake, but there is also no doubt that Nintendo would do something like that. Besides, I think we really do need a remake of those games. The titles not only sound epic, but it actually fits. So there's a chance that it's not fake, but I still wouldn't get my hopes up.Oh, and BTW, that video on youtube was uploaded a year ago, so we would most probably have at least gotten some confirmations about it by now had it been the truth. If we've confirmed a new Pokemon game (Platinum) after hearing it like few months ago, then what about something that we heard over a year ago?Well there are, I think, fake screenshots of a supposedly Gold And Silver Box Art. Probably fake but i geuss it could be possible if there remaking all the old pokemon games since they made fire red and leaf green. Which would be cool, because Gold, Silver, and Crystal are great games. Pretty much better than Saphire and Ruby and Emerald.

Lolz now there are sooo many pokemon games, the new silver and gold version better be better and have more extra things to do because in most of the pokemon games i run out of things to accomplish other than get all the pokemon which is sooo hard.

there no prove if it is real or not n a better name would be goldsun and silvermoon but still 2 early 2 say its real becuz there still makin platinum and i dont think the boxs would look like that

i also hope this is real.loved pokemon from the begining, until diamond and pearl..didnt bought those, so now there a lot of pokemon i don`t know yet...if this is silver and gold for ds, i`m buying them (if its reals and comes out here)

I agree, Gold and silver had alot of innovation for its time, im c'mon, they were the first true sequels, not counting yellow. and a remake would be awesome, especially givin how awesome diamond and pearl were. i really hope dis is legit. Those covers look sick too!

Gold and Silver were the ABSOLUTE BEST pokemon games ever. They took the longest to beat, and they actually used ALL that pokemon had to offer at the time, refering to the 16 badges and going to Kanto and stuff like that.

You're supposed to become a Pokemon Master, i.e. conquering all of the pokemon leagues, not become four different people each winning one league
