I reckon the forth one was the best. Because i think this was the first sequence that has more action.

My favourite was The Chamber of Secrets. Nothing beats a giant Snake that can kill people with a simple gaze of its eyes >.<Second after that would be The Goblet of Fire.

The Order of the Phoenix, because it did a great job at cutting all of the unnecessary parts out of the book. Goblet of Fire was pretty good too, but I hated what they did to the maze at the end.

In my opinion each new Harry Potter movie becomes simpler and simpler. They need to make it more spectacular.

My vote goes for The Order of the Phoenix, it was good, or at least better than the Goblet of Fire. I hated that movie, too much nonsense action and there was not enough dialog for people to understand it completely.

i'm a hp fan and i prefer the books more because they got more details in it. and i miss those details in the movies because those details are making the books better then the movies. also the fact that the castle changes in the movies isn't nice.the thing i liked in the first movie was the view from bottom to top when the stairs moved. every movie has his pro's and contra's, hard to choose one!

The 3rd one, I really liked the directing style. However, I haven't seen Order of the Phoenix though so I'm not taking that one into account.

The fourth movie was the best, they did a good job on the three tasks & the yule ball. The third was the absolute worst after the change in directors.

To be honest, I really liked the second movie because it had a good plot, and it had a Everyone PEGI Rating, while the other movies had a Teen Rating, all thanks to that kissing scene between Harry and Chuo, which was pitiful. I never really watched the fifth movie although I had a pirated DVD; because I heard that it s****d!

yeah, Squirrel, u and I have same idea, I like the second movie most, because it is closest to the book. Fifth movie was impressive in effect, but go away to far from original story. Therefore, boring, to me.

Chamber of Secrets was great in my honest opinion. I don't know why, I just thought it was.

Of course none of the movies are as good as the books but I'd say the prisoner of azkaban but only because sirius was introduced and he was my favourite character... up until the fifth book.....:gay2:

I would say Chamber of Secrets... after seeing the third one, my opinion of the films just died. I found the fourth one so-so and I still haven't seen the firth one. :D

they keep getting worst and worst. They leave more and more out from book to movie, honestly if it wasn't for seriouse black i wouldn't have watched 3 (which was still okay). 4 was absolutely horrible and order of the phoenix was pretty good, but still too much left out.
