I cannot consider SSBB a Mario game, no matter what Handsome Tom and Stuttering Craig says. So my pick is Galaxy.

Hmm.... Mario Kart Wii and Super Mario Galaxy were the best, but Mario Kart Wii is fun for a group of people as Super Mario Galaxy is fun when you play it alone.

I am not going to include Brawl because it isn't a "Mario" game it is its own series. I loved Super Mario Galaxy though! Brawl is awesome by the way, too!

Super Mario Galaxy. I don't count Brawl as a Mario game but I like Super Mario Galaxy more anyway..Brawl is a close second.. But only if there is someone there to play with.Mario Kart Wii is fun but I don't play it that often.

Brawl and Galaxy are my two votesSSBB is very cool. The stages you can create and stuff: you can finally pick people from other consoles like snake and sonic(i hope they have shadow and knuckles if they have another brawl)

You left out the best one (Super Paper Mario!) I've never played the others but I'd have to go with Brawl as the second best because it is pretty good (The N64 version was at least)
