In Minecraft, I placed tnt, attacked it, and realized that there was no escape route, and blew myself up with all my diamond (best) tools.

Rainbow Vegas Six 2 - I am the king of bouncing grenades off walls back into my own face, to the point my brother won't let me pick anything explosive as my throwable weapons anymore when we play.Call of Duty WaW - Thankfully I'm better at grenades in this, but I'm not very good at shooting zombies in close quarters, so once we start getting swarmed in later levels all it takes is one mistimed reload and that's game over...

Like someone posted already, I got killed by a Cow in Runescape 
.Another one though was on a MUD I was playing called Accursed-Lands. I decided to swim across a river to an island. My character was getting exhausted and had no swimming skill so she nearly drowned. Once she landed on the island, she was confronted by an aggressive bear. So I decided to make her run away and I wasn't watching where I was going and I ended up throwing her back into the river. She drowned. That sucked.

I'd have to say my very, very rare situation in DotA, which is after being weakened by the enemy's hero and being shamefully killed by creeps. Oh, and the character was pretty strong too. Secret store items and all.

lol....In Call of Duty: WoW, I'm the Cook and Bounce Grenade King(Cook em and then bounce them off walls). But one time i was playing, and we need one more kill to win...and so did they. So i'm holding a grenade and right once i throw it to bounce off the wall, a teammate walks right in front of me. The grenade lands behind me, so i start running forward and turn around...Lord behold there is a Red fuel tank where the grenade is...sooooo..BOOOM...they win because right before i died, one of their guys shot my foot with a pistol....Another one is in Halo 3, Rats nest. i has a RL and my friend was boosting at me in a ghost(this is on the outside part), so i shoot the rocket and it hits him and makes him go off to the right of me, so he missed me. But the ghost was desperate... so as i'm turning around to where he flew past me, i all of a sudden get splattered by the gaurdians...WTF? so i look at the replay...apparently, my rocket hit him and knocked off the ghosts hood, which was still on a colision course with my face. (Plus the fact that it was going at around 80 miles per hour helped the splatter.) Thus, the ghost bested me with it's hood.

My most embarrassing death was in GTA 4. I had managed to get myself to a four star wanted level, and obviously had to run away from the cops. It wasn't until about 20 minutes later that I finally shook them for good. I got out of my car and tried to walk across the street when a taxi came from nowhere and just barely clipped me. It wouldn't have been so bad if my leg didn't get stuck in the wheel well. The taxi just kept on driving, dragging me along with it, until I finally died.

Dying from a double plasma pistol carrying player in Halo 3. D: I couldn't find where he was firing from because, oddly, I got stuck in a corner behind a box.

Splinter cell. I was playing multiplayer and used one of those grenade thingies by accident while my friend was still behind me. I threw it against a wall and it came bouncing back without me noticing. Good times, good times.

I've had a couple. FF4 on DS i got killed by the first creature I met after leaving the castle. dohRunescape I was killed by a really low lvl wizard who i thought I could easily take....apparently not.Everything in the Zelda games on DS, doesnt help that I have a shaky had though, but still, thats pretty bad and embarrasing.

last a battle in pokemon platinum wi-fi because some guys lastpokemon was a level 12 starly with endeavor and he had the thing that when he gets one hit killed he get 1 life left..... then he used endeavor which gives me the same life as him... then he used quick attack, nd killed my level 100 arceus......... i was pissed

Halo Reach in fire fight i paused the game had to help with something and grabbed the wrong controller of a friend who lost all of are lives and i got smacked by an elite and it was the last enemy !!!!

Nothing new for embarassing, but my favorite death was in GTA 4 (why doesn't it have saveable deaths????). Friend was over so I just decided to go on a rampage, and at one point I'm driving away from the cops. My car's pretty much been shot to hell, and I get out after getting on a bridge because the car's about to explode and there're cops in front of me. I get out and start running when they shoot my car, causing it to explode. That kills me, but the best part is that the explosion send me flying toward the other side of the bridge where I get hit by an incoming police car while I'm in the air. Wish that could have been recorded.And not one of mine, but a coworker, playing MGS3. He decides to take out The End, I think, early when they're taking him off at the dock. He used a sniper rifle and shot the oxygen tank on the wheelchair, blowing up The End and whatever baddies are nearby, then looks up and notices something flying at him. Turns out to be said wheelchair, now on fire, which lands on him and kills him.OK, remembered another from GTA4, was driving a motorcycle across one of the bridges when a car stops in front of me, couldn't avoid it and went flying off the motorcycle. Went flying for a long time (high bridge and speed, not good), then landed and skidded along a street for a few seconds.

Halo Reach Countdown Elites everyone spawn throws sticky grenades someone stuck me and i ran into 4 of my team mates lol..

For me, I didn't die "directly" from enemy shot. FF was on in CS, threw grenade, for some weird **** reason, it rebounded and killed me and 2 of my teammates lol.

I was running from the police on GTA4 and accidentally punched a guy running a hot dog stand. He pushed me to the floor and beat the crap out of me =(

hahaha thats awesome.mine would have to be when i was vsing the first boss in Resonance of Fate. I kept screwing up so that my guys would just be running around acting like idiots. then i just get totally destroyed. :(I was running from the police on GTA4 and accidentally punched a guy running a hot dog stand. LOLIn MW2 online, I died from my own javelin. I shot it at a harrier and watched as it turned around and killed me.

Mine was during a Game Battles game on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 for the Xbox 360. It was hardcore Search and Destroy on Afghan and I was the last person alive. I was on offense and had to try and clutch 4v1. So I'm on the top of the hill trying to sneak in to plant the bomb. I decide that I'm going to try and scale the wall so that nobody sees me. Unfortunately I scaled too far over and fell off the side of the cliff. It was embarrassing because I was all alone, I wasn't getting shot at, nobody knew where I was. All I hear from my team is how stupid I am while hearing laughing from the other team. That was my most embarrassing death.

My most embarrassing death comes from Dead Rising 2, where I died a second after exiting the mall. That guy in the chainsaw-equipped motorcycle ran me over and I had to revert to an old save.
