have you ever played one of those games where when you die, you spawn in front of some sort of pit, and you may sometimes find yourself falling in it continuously, after acknowledging that its there... crash bandicoot, u crazee son of a flawed mad scientist.but another embarrassing death was in ssbb, my friend was ike and the cpu was falco. stock mode, both with one stock left. ike knocks falco off, falco's gonna die anyway, but my friend does aether of the edge and ends up dying 1st (cause falco actually recovered after getting severely squished) so he actually lost to a level one. That's gaming history there, why he did it, he says to "ensure victory" how ironic!
Should I feel bad if I want everything to become ice cream?

i got blown up by two grenades! ha haGetting a monster kill on Counter Strike and then blowing myself up with a grenade.

GTA 4, my brother and mate were watching, and I tried to skid under a sign while on a bike. It smashed me clean in the head and my ragdoll bounced along the road, as happy as anything.

In CoD4 in team death match, I went to throw a grenade back to the thrower, however I picked it up, ran forward a bit before it exploded, killing me and 3 teammates.

Timesplitters 2: i was in the circus And i got the rocket launcher and shot it(accidental)some guy killed me and reaapeared infrontof the rocket,making me die,again. another one was timesplitters: i was in thevillage ad went round the cliff and fell into it [glitch] andi had minigun x 2 and shotit reboundedandkilled me!

My personal grief was a thee on one system link halo 2.In a banshee causing havock (me = 1. them = 3) and got boarded, bailed out and reborded caused more havock for bout three secconds, rocket launcher screaming up. dodge left, next one dodge right. stuck halfway in a roll against cliff.bail out. pull out bruteshot. fire off a few rounds at enemy. he runs off.(no one dead at this point) change to rocket launcher and give chase.jump over hill and lo and behold there is a ghost boosting towards me. (I'm in midair)lucky me I bounce (that really freak timing where you loose shield go high in air but survive) lock on and BOOM no more ghost. (still no shield) turn round and before i hit the ground BOOM no more pest with the battle rifle.hit the ground and crow my victory to the stars for half a secondBANG!!! 
my reign of terror ends with the last guy in active camo....... with a magnum to the head........point.......blank.........rangenow you can't tell me that is not an epic peak of shamefullnes.but it was SOOOOOOO WICKED!!!!(done the sticky grenade far too many times)

I've had plenty of embarassing deaths to choose from, but so as not to bore whoever bothers to read this post, I'll just say that in Metal Slug 7 I jumped right into the large mechanical earthworm in Easy mode, while shooting homing rockets at it, and losing my last life, and my last continue.

Sins of a Solar Empire: I used the Novailith cannon on my own asteroid...it took so long to get ere that I had fully upgraded the asteroid before it blew it to hell and back.

In COD4: Being the last person alive in Search and Destroy then accidentally die, from my holding my grenade for too long

most embarrasing game moment i ever had was in soulcalibur 4 on live when i did a jump attack with yoda and it was blocked and i fell out of bounds

Prince of persia sand of time...I tried not to fall to the pit and used my sands to rewind time 4 times...I still died though..

' If you played Yoshi's Island you'd know this but... I was flutter jumping on shy-guys with the ground as spikes when I accidentally had the stupid idea of the +20 stars item. I used it, and HOLY MACKAREL 
the shy-guys turned into stars and I died with my butt in the spikes. I lost a life, wasted a +20 item and worst of all, I had to restart that stupid level again.

Mine was in CoD 4. I threw a grenade into the building than went into the building. The grenade was rolling down the stairs, it blew up and I died -.-

Some of the worst and most hilarious deaths occur in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Pretty much any time you're edgeguarded is completely embarrassing. Especially if you're playing as Olimar or Zamus and use your grapple recovery and all of a sudden, your opponent nabs the edge. Time seems to slow down as you helplessly flail at the edge, only to watch yourself plummet into a void. So frustrating.There's also Marth's Dolphin Slash which often gets me caught right on the lip of Final Destination. I can't tell you how many times that's happened to me. I guess I'm still so used to SSBM.Helpless deaths are always the worst; even worse when everybody's watching.

The introduction sequence in Final Fantasy 5 was long and I wasn't paying attention, I got into the first fight of the game and forgot that I was in a fight went away for about 30 seconds came back to see my character with 2 health, then none.
