well once i had a sim in the sims die on the toilet that was embarrassing like how you have a sim die on the toilet

I'd have to say, It would be in Half-Life 2 where it was pretty dark in one of the stages and i was bored so i played around with this headcrab. Well, long story short I start to see my health going down pretty ast and i look and see just a horde of headcrabs all over the place. It was scary.

Final Fantasy Tactics. change a bunch of jobs and forgot to re-equip. Barehanded brawl just didn't cut it with no monk.

I'd have to say one of them would be on Resident Evil 4 in the area right before you start to fight the giant sea monster (sorry, its been awhile so I can't remember its name). One of my friends was watching me play and he was all like "Hey, go up to the edge of the dock and shoot five times in the water . There's an easter egg". And I'm thinking to myself "Ok, awesome. Hope I get something good". I shoot five times in the water and the sea monster comes out and eats me. And then of course I get laughed at.

In GTA4 I was killing some cops, and i saw a bunch of them in a car so i tried to throw a grenade at it but the grenade boosted them and they ran me over

RE4, fight the two el gigantes, i dropped one in the lava and went to run away and he came back out! also, in the mercenaries minigame, running from super salvador only to turn around and already have a chainsaw in my neck.sonic battle (gba) i had the sonic ground combo card, which is pretty much an instant kill attack, then having one of the com characters sneak up behind you and kill you.Counterstrike, wasnt really my death, but these 2 guys (1 with assault rifle other with shotgun) had such terrible aim i managed to run up and knife them both!

something i did to someone on Cod4. I found a sniper who was hiding who didn't see me. I snuck up behind him, laid a claymore on top of him, then stepped back and shot him in the foot with my pistol. He then moved and set off the claymore.

My most embarrassing death was in gta 4 was on a rampage for the Five star thing. I think I was almost finished with the challenge so I snipe a a helicopter pilot and the stupid thing starts falling and I think "O s**t i'm going to die a noob death. Thing does a free willy and goes right above my head. So im doing my private victory dance when I get hit by a car and get knocked into the heli copter fire and died.

When i was playing wow would be the worst... I was walking and chatting with my party who were going to dungeon summon me. As I was doing that, I walked straight off a cliff without noticing and died. To make it worse I'm a mage, casting Slowfall midair would have saved me, and I still managed to die.

i know how it is. In that game in ravenholm I was on the roof and was actually pushed off by an advance zombie so i died to the sound of a freakish scream followed by a kiss to the pavementand as i fell i shot my shotgun and blew myself up with a red barrell. Good Stuff.In Half Life 2, while I was in RavenHolm I just ran away. So at one point, I was on the roofs, and there were about 30 or so zombies below me. I had to jump across a gap, so I jumped, and missed. Died before I could fire off one shotgun round. It was a quick death.

So I'm playing Star Wars Rogue Leader on the Gamecube, just starting the awesome flight through the asteroid field bonus mission, and also, for good measure, I have the Empire Strikes Back being played on the other TV in the room. A couple of my friends are there too: with some absolutely Godly timing, I managed to match the cutscene with what was happening in the movie, ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY. It was sweet, but the thing was, while I was geeking out; I turned, showing them this awesome feet, explaining them the significance of what I just did, and just then, the game gave me control, and immediately I got hammered by Ties and died. . . .

I was on a killing streak in Halo 2 and I threw a grenade which I misjudged and pounced off the wall but not hard enough, I ran past it thinking I threw it farther and it killed me.

Super Mario 64: If you get into triple jumps, that guy gets pretty hard to control. You catapult into lava.Or once on the old mario, i was holding a goomba and threw it into the air and forgot about it, ran a bit and it bounced into me and killed me.Heheh, or in melee when you're captain Falcon, and you rocket yourself off the stage.

I played Boxhead. I knew the rocket was dangerous when it is used to shoot at a near target but I did it and blew myself up.

Caught on fire cooking on sims for ps2. Me and my friend were playing and her character went to bed and mine was hungry so i went to cook and i forgot to put a fire alarm in and i forgot i didn't know how to cook and it caught on fire and i tried to put it out but i caught on fire and my friends character wouldn't go to the kitchen to save me and the grim reaper came It was so embarrassing

In Command and Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath, I tried to betray all my allies by placing turrets in their base. Little did I know that they had sonic cannons surrounding mine...

in halo 3 live i sniped somone down and started chanting "I beat you" into my speaker and a second later someone sniped me!
