On wow I was doing a glitch using typhoon to knock ogres off of a mushroom bridge in northern zangarmarsh, I sent one to his death then looked over the side to try to see him, then fell down myself, epic fail

Grand theft Auto San Andreas.i skid my car to a stop and got out before it stopped moving.while i was laying on the ground,it hit a wall and came and stopped on me.i died a slow(8 seconds),crushing death.

The ever infamous throwing a grenade that bounces off a wall and lands right back next to you :)I think my most recent memory of this event was in Uncharted 2 :gs:Or there's always trying to take on Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts while you're only level 60 - One hit death!

When I was playing the PS2 version of Baldur's Gate with my friend, he walked off a cliff and died. I laughed at him and died 2 seconds later.Also there was the time I was assured to have a victory in Dissidia against my friend. As I was doing my typical villain laughter, I pressed the wrong button and died after the counter attack. I guess I should stop the laugh thing.

Top 33:In castlevania being killed by a zombie at lv.1.2:Castlevania AoS black panther soul going to hammer lv.89 2 health left went up to the warp close and got killed by a zombie soldier :shifty:

1:Pokemon Platinum Heading to the pokemon center and then getting killed by a wild lv.2 bidoof.

I still remember mine. It was Paper Mario and i was in the final battle agianst Bowser. He had 3hp left and just as i was about to beat him, i accidentally hit skip turn. Bowser burned my arse to the ground. Took me five more tries to beat him.

Well, I was playing X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and I got to the jungle flashback stage. At the point where several spiked logs try to impale you, I was hit... by the first log! I got a game-over, and restarted the area, only to die... KILLED BY THE SAME EXACT LOG! I was so embarrassed (despite there being no one but my dog in the room with me) that I turned off the game. To this day, I haven't played Wolverine again.

Team Fortress 2, trying to revolver a spy to death, then getting face stabbed.alsoSuper Smash Bros. Brawl, Falcon punched everyone to their deaths, then not being able to see Captain because of the flash, recovery move... straight into a OHKO final smash.

DoTA: Character: Clockwerk GoblinI hooked myself (4th skill and with full health) to a 1/2 health Rogue Knight but got pwned still. Duh.Megaman X4, I got cocky with the Giga Attack and got caught with the spines. Haha.

Errrrrggghhhh, don't remind me! That is easily the #1 most embarrassing death of all! Especially seeing that I was a Level 99 Barbarian with freakishly strong weapons and armor! You know the worst part? IT WASN'T ON HARDCORE MODE!!!

i was playing assassins creed, and every 5 seconds guards would come out of nowhere... i jumped and got stuck, could not move at all, and i got killed.also in smash bros mele, i barely grabed a ledge to save my self and i get up and as soon as i do a bomb blows up in my face, did not knotice it walking towards me.and the last one, i was playing on live and i was playing against my bro on halo 2 or 3... and he came out of nowhere and killed me, i screamed HOLY SH--!, they heard it through the mic, and i almost wet myself.

COD4Jumped of a ledge to land on someone and knife them during Search and Destory (last ones left alive... so everyone was watching), landed on his head and the knife missed and so he just looked up and knifed me O_O

I was playing Soul Caliber 4 at my friends house and I was playing as Yoda. I'm in practice mode and the other guy isn't moving at all.I'm beating him up and then I accidently jump off the screen and kill myself.

Red Dead Redemption - Being caught in a gunfight with little ammo left (note this is in the mountain side) so I called my horse in. 3 seconds later it falls from the top of the cliff, only to land on me and thus leading to my death =(
