Needs depth. I like the effects though. And the blending is not that good.

no, even vector needs depth, and, it is a bit too chaotic, fix some of the wireframes.

Well it's not really a vector. =\ Depth isn't the problem here, it's just a bit too chaotic (especially in lower-right).

It's not a vector. A vector is a flat image with single tones of colors, like WIS's signature. It needs some darker colors behind the main render because it all blends in, so you'd have to look hard in order to tell apart the smaller graphics.

Well to be fair, vector is more about how the image is created rather than how it looks. That's not to say it doesn't have a look, but...
