Almost perfect, almost... The white bar with 'ling' doesn't fit 8.5/10

aevixlol i like pokemon...... not really but its nice to see somehting different once in a whilethe background doesn't really appeal to me ( those colored lines and stuff )i guess the text could use some work 6/10my sig sucks, its super old

Sig is 151.33 KB, way over the file size limit! take it down or I will have to report you. try making it so the file size is smaller. And yeah it's okay, too "sparkly", the green splatter doesn't fit very well. 6/10

Hmm...I think you lowered its opacity a bit too much =PI'll rate encep's sig.The left hand side of the sig looks good,however the bg on the right side falls flat.The text's not too god,but pretty much ok.The 1px black norder looks somewhat neat.However,the sig lacks depth and looks a bit bland.5/10.

There's a general messiness about that signature, as you cant quite tell what you're looking at. The image was optimized horribly as a JPG, making everything seem even messier than they really are. Text doesn't fit in too well, also. - 6/10

Ack! Change it back to your previous one. I absolutely loved that signature. T__TAnyways, this isn't a bad... signature... if it can really be called that. It's unique, and the textures are smooth and dreamy. And yay, very nice PNG alpha transparency. I'm not sure I like the text though. I imagine that it's probably very hard to get text look right though. But good job, even though it cant really be called a sig (Just in my opinion, though). - 8.5/10

Did you vector the character? Or just reduced it's colors? It looks pretty good for your first vector. However, I would reccommend you using stronger colors for the background. 
Perhaps take colors from your stock. Also, try experimenting with Gradients as well. Not bad for your first.
