Any Cheats for GTA 4

I need cheats for GTA 4???? i have been searching the net but i cant find any please tell me some

this is what i got from a website which i forgot which one it was but i copied it to a word document and im just pasting them from it. but this is what i got:Cheat mode While playing the game, press Up to display Niko's cell phone.
