I like roy mainly because of super smash brothers melee. but I think his sword is pretty sweet too.

I have to say Lyn is my favorite lord because of the fact that she's pretty much a lord version of a swordmaster.

I like Eirika more because she's powerful and really useful. I use her most in the game.

Hector definitely, look at his status in level 20 and no other lords can compared to him.

I never got a good Lyn, and i played through like four or five times. Maybe i'm just unlucky. But my Hector always maxed strength and once in a while maxed out skill. never did that with lyn. no sir.

I agree hes also one of the best leaders/main characters...Why isn't he in any Super Smash Bros??I like Ephraim from Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. A guy with light blue hair stands out I guess

Lyndis just seemed to kick everyone's butts for me. high critical hit ratio, decent strength. The only problem with her compared to eliwood, eirika, and ephraim is that she doesnt have as far of a travel range.

My favorite(s) are Lyn and Ephraim. Lyn is pretty easy to like when her character is first introduced in FE. (Although, i never got the chance to beat the first game 
). Lyn is an excellent sword wielder. And, as far as a Leader/Lord, she wasn't bad either. Ephraim is also another favorite of mine. I don't care much for his sister (who does?!). Because, she isn't nearly as strong as her brother, and i'm not really sure she should be a lord in the first place. She was incredibly weak. (weaker than a Pegasus knight imo) Not to mention, even after her so called "transformation" she wasn't much stronger. Her defense was poor. So even with the transformation she still had a hard time fighting enemies.

eirika and lyn are pretty much the same,
hector = tank
ephraim = strong
roy and eliwood = same thing

Roy, because he's got one of the best weapons in the GBA FEs, the Binding Blade (or the Sword of Seals depending on your translation preference). 18 Might, 1-2 Range, and the ability to use it to recover 30 HP? Definitely powerful. It's a pity it only has 20 uses.

Hector's got to be my favorite, i personally like the armored knights and lords, they're much more reliable than the sword masters early in the game. Lyn always sucked whenever i played fe7, so i never used her. The only other lords i liked were the twins.
