I don't know if the game will be worse because it is going back to World War 2. I know it probably won't be that good because Infinity Ward won't be making it. Infinity made COD2 and COD4. The developer that made COD3 will do COD5. Based on that I'm not to excited .

When Call of Duty 4 came out, I took a big breath and was relieved that we would be getting a gradual shift away from WWII shooters. But the CoD 5 was announced it was like being held underwater again.The whole FPS genre needs to move on!

Yeah I think it is a mistake because they won't take COD4 seriously for tournaments any more because of the new COD5 coming out so they are waiting till number 5 comes out

It's gonna be a good game considering it's running on the same engine as COD 4 but theres no way it's gonna be better than Modern Warfare

I'd glad to see it return. CoD4 just felt like Halo's SWAT game mode in a contemporary setting; this isn't to say that I prefer Halo to CoD, but they do feel practically identical to me. Hopefully 5 will make it a bit more about gunfighting once more.

I really have high hopes for this game actually- it's in the pacific, so that should bring back a cooler view of WWII. I am getting sick of the europe campaigns, but I think that the island campaigns MIGHT be really cool to play.If you pre-ordered from gamestop- you get a code to download the multiplayer beta (rank up to level 11 only)!!!! so go pre-order and play the beta!

the world war 2 scene is getting really old they did make a bad decision however the game will sell because people enjoy buying the same garbage over and over again

The one thing of this game that makes me want it:ZOMBIE NAZI SURVIVAL MODE!4p co op in a dark abandon house fighting off hordes of nazi zombies. WWII never sounded so cool.

BIG MISTAKE. I think that modern warfare would the best COD so far. Their probably just like remaking the old ones.
