Have you seen the trailer for the game!!?? It looks awesome, granted it is setback in WW2, but it explores battles that havent been explored as much. I'm pretty sure your not just one side, your able to be both sides. It just looks awesome. Check out IGN's review of the game.(I'm affiliated with IGN in any way, i saw that review first).

I've now played the game at a friends. It is awesome. Co-op is a nice add and the scale of this game is huge. Lots of enemies and action going on all at once. I need to go pick this up myself now.

well, thats a great mistake that can't be fixed now. But might as well stick to Call fo Duty 4 until they start maknig Call fo Duty6 and see how that will turn out.

Cod4 was amazing, ww2 games are not. im tired of this type of game its been done before and its need to rest. The guns suck in ww2, and there is no way to really be innovative with history games. The only good thing i can say about that game is the multiplayer story line and the nazi zombies.

There's not too many other war themes they could go to, to be fair. I still think they're beating a dead horse with the World War II crap though. The first two were awesome stick with Modern Warfare.

I actually like the WWII theme of the game. Although I just consider it as a break from the CoD4. CoD5 was made by a different company than CoD4. CoD6 however..Does anyone think that switching the new call of duty back to world war 2 is a mistake?I do. They had awesome feedback from CoD 4 and now they go back to this world war 2 crap againI dont know about u, but im sick of killing german guys
"Modern Warfare 2" looks like it's gonna rock.. 
woot.. Can't wait. I just think of CoD5 as a break between those 2 games

I actually liked the WWII theme... BUT i still think i liked Modern Warfare better.
