GTA4 is good, but when you finish the story, really the only thing fun to do is blow crap up, which gets old fast. And the online isn't anything special, all i do is blow up up in free mode with some friends of mine, then when we get sick of that, we go to the airport and try to land on the barge or jump off those yellow things. Saints Row 2 looks like it'll provide way more to do, I like the customization features.

To me saints row is more funner than GTA4 i didnt like the movement in GTA it caused me to fail missions and it was hard chasing somebody in a car/motorcycle but the story had me hooked but when it was over i had to make a decision to sell the game or let it collect dust. But saints row 2 is looking better and better with each trailer i see 
but sadly i wish i could play saints row 1 because GTA4 was so boring but someone stole it

Grand Theft Auto 4 beats Saints Row 2. You can't beat hours of torturing people, jacking cars, and mugging women. The combat may not be the best like Saints Row, but there's more to do.

Hands down it has to be GTA4 it's just an overall great game. I don't think that saints row 2 will be bad but i would have to go with GTA4.

I can't really say because we don't know enough about Saints row 2 but I think I will prefer GTAIV

GTA 4 was overhyped. Too much pop-in and the side characters could have used more work. There are still a lot of glitches, visually and gameplay-wise. Saints row 2 seems more fun and scale doesn't seem that bad either

i have not finished gta 4 yet and i havent played sr 2 but i think sr2 is gonna be a litle better

Gta 4 is a really good game, but Saints row seems nice with their story Co-op. im looking forward to it. i cant really decide intill i get Saints Row 2

I've played both. GTA IV is awesome..if u play it, Saints Row 2's gameplay feels so horrible..GTA IV is much better..definitely recommend GTA IV

I'd say they're both pretty good. GTA I'd say has a little better story to it but the co-op and character creation in SR2 make up for that so....I dunno. It all comes down to preference of the individual.

GTA 4 is the better choice of the two it has better story and better multiplayer not to mention the depth and realism but saints row has better features when it comes to character features

i think grand thef auto 4 is better than saints row because i like the story betterGTA4 - game is to realistic like bumping into a cop and they'll bash u! lol nah but something happens lol and not much weapons to choose from there almost the same as GTA3- and yea.SaintsRow 2 - Preview looks awsome and heaps of new things u can do like ride the helicopter/airoplane ect new destructive weapons! >=O lol

I'm DEFINITELY going with GTA 4. Saint's Row can't represent an open world filled with crime and other less than moral happenings with such damn-near-perfection. I've never played 2, but I lasted about ten minutes in the world of the first Saint's Row. There shouldn't be any kind of arguement....GTA is just a better series.

"GTA 4" was my personal favourite before I played "Saints Row 2".Both games are great, but many details I`ve missed in "GTA 4"are possible now in "Saints Row 2".I can`t really say for sure which games better, I think if you like this gamegenre you should play both of them. The first part of "Saints Row"wasn`t really that good, part 2 got a lot of new graphik and gameplayquality.Hopefulle there will be soon another chapter of "Saints Row" and "GTA"- let`s see what happens.cu

GTA4 has my vote. without GTA you wouldn't have a saint's row.
