I think there's a splatter effect or something that's really throwing all of it off and making it look all crappy.

alright first off, I'm a guy, and second off. Do not ever post your gfx in someone elses showcase. As for the image, it was already bad quality and I tried the best I could really to try and make it look good, but it failed.

That border is a bit too thick, in that it exists. Text is kinda bleh too. I think if you fixed the phone (heal brush or something) it would look really hot. The colors, effects and tone are dead on.
