I don't know, maybe adding a starry background? Like, something you'd see in a kid's bedroom. You can re-colour the stars, and stuff.

Give it some texture, the white is good enough but it leaves you trailing off a bit once you're done with the stars.

Take a picture of a ceiling from a babies pov. And add your effects from there.
