I think harvest moon series would be the best, as its really fun and girls usually like rpg games.Also, u can also consider sim games, for they are also nice and suitable. =)

Any games that guys like a girl likes. Mario games are good. But also depending on the age and the genre the girl likes.

I think harvetmoon is a rather cute game for girls. Because there is nothing bloody or violence. Pokemon may also be a good choice.

Really depends on her age, preferences and what not, but any game should be suitable for a girl, however, I might suggest:NintendogsThe Imagine SeriesMario Kart always seems safe...Harvest MoonPhantom Hourglas....hmmm....Perhaps one of the Final Fantasy series.((Off Topic: I just noticed, this is my 150th post.))

well i think like most people said you should go with mario/zelda or whatever but just give her a game which allows her to be herself. If you don't know what that means it means give her a game where she can choose her gender instead of being a guy. That would probably make her feel uncomfortable.

A couple different answers for that one my lil sis loves the nintendog games and brain games but my girlfriend likes Mario Kart and Clue, Go figure!

a game suitable for girls? uhm, mario kart is an option as many of the users suggested.or the harvest moon series. adventure games are an option like: Time Hollowvisual novels are great too. but these would depend on her taste in games 8D

It agree it really depends on the age and what she is interested in. find out what games she likes to begin with and you should be able to figure it out.

If your girl is like a rocker and a hardcore music fan, get Guitar Hero:On tour. But then again, a great game for all girls(which I'd recommend to guys also) is Harvest Moon DS, or for the girls, Harvest Moon DS Cute.

Pokemon isn't half-bad.Nintendogs isn't half-bad.Mario Kart isn't half-bad.But it still depends on her interests.If she likes action games, get her one.If she likes RPG's or strategy games, get her one.In all speculation...get her a game BASED ON her LIKES!!!! :(Have fun!Since I'm getting a NDS for my girlfriend, do you think there are games more suitable for girls? Any suggestion? Thank you folks

Harvest moon ds cute or island of happiness. Girls seem to play more harvest moon games than boys.

It doesn't matter what games do girls like to play. Pokemon and Nintendogs are good ones to try. If they want tougher challenge, I suppose they should try games for boys.

I guess it really depends on age :)I'm a girl and I tend to like games with pretty art or a cute concept. I noticed a bunch of suggestions are for things that are more "cute," but I tend to gravitate with games that have a bit more storyline. I guess I can't imagine anyone hating Professor Layton, but I'd also recommend the Phoenix Wright series and you really can't go wrong with Cake Mania if she likes that sort of thing.

Animal Crossing hands down... chicks dig Animal Crossing. My girlfriend and I played the original together for like an hour a day for a month, she thought it was an adorable game.
