Even if I'm a die hard Nintendo fan, I always loved the Sonic games and Robotnik. You never knew what machine he's going to use in your next battle.In a battle between those both named in the topic, Bowser would win, because Robotnik is some kind of a loser. Bowser would beat the crap out of him.

bowser would win, but it depends if its just them by themselves or wether their henchmen/robots are with them. If it's just hand to hand melee combat, then bowser would crack open Dr. robotnik, fry him up and have him with a side of bacon

Bowser at least has some good moments (like in Paper Mario in the beginning). Robotnik just is not that much competition.
