Eggman is some kind of villain. Hes good one minute, then his plans backfire on him and hes a good guy. What kind of bad guy does that, multiple times?Bowser, well his plans only go right because Mario is late to stop him, but Mario always stops him anyway. All the time. Though Bowser's had his moments.Anyway, overall I'd say Eggman since Bowser never really gets an edge over Mario. Eggman sometimes beats Sonic and eventually loses. Bowser just straight up loses.Bowser looks cooler anyway.

They both failed miserably at their goals. However the award goes to Bowser because Robotnik stole Sonic's shoes in Sonic Labyrinth and then told him WHERE THEY WERE.

I'd have to say Robotnik is smarter because all that Bowser thinks about is Princess Peach. Robotnik's goal is much better, global domination with the power of the Emeralds.

Bowser can breath fire while Robotnik will eat anything. He looks like Kamagi from Spirited away. Bowser will win.

Bowser it awesome, as all the subsequent mario games have shown, he would beat robotnik silly, especially if it was a straight up fight, robotnik relies too much on robots, bowser is pure power. hes clumsy but is all about the power

Bowser all the way because he's strong, fat, and part of way more games that Robotnik.Melee style: Battle starts Bowser runs up and butt bombs Robotnik. Robotnik's machine is crushed and he starts crying.
