How come no one even mentioned ghost and goblins... granted the "2'nd remake" is easier than the original but it can still be a pain in the freaking but at timesAnd if hard = annoying... Star Ocean Second evolution... so much time wasted re-rolling tallents to get nimble fingers and pretty much nothing else...(now i just use the gamefaq's save cluster that has them all with claude/rena only having nimble +/- Magic sense (forgot name) On each difficulty

for me it was Blade dancer: lineage of lightthat game is so frikin' hard i couldnt believe it(its an RPG game thats why)and i dont know about u ppl but monster hunter freedom 2 is easy for me....i sunk almost 400 hours playing itwaiting to get monster hunter freedom unite now...transfer my save

300 March to Glory the gamplay is terrible and the controls are sloppy, Resistance also hard controls. but Right now its Tenchu.

Prinny Can I really be the hero was the hardest game I ever played...It gets really annoyed later in the game.

For me, "Prinny Can I Really be The Hero?" was the hardest. Insane suicidal levels with above average bosses against the worst hero in existence. Off Topic: I don't see how "Final Fantasy War of the Lions" was hard... I just grind for some of the better jobs whenever I got bored (about halfway through every chapter ^_^), and abused the max stats glitch if I really needed to get better stats.

I have to say Castlevania: Dracula X Chronicles (the rondo of blood portion) and Gitaroo Man (still can't even complete some of the songs on medium).

Amored Core Formula Front Extreme Battle is the hardest game in the world on PSP. It bought for 60 bucks and get even get past the 6th level what a waste. I get owned in about 30seconds into the game on the 6th level. Now i know why the creators called it "extreme battle". Its so crazily hard its not funny.

I actually got so badly stuck on monster hunter freedom 2 that I ended up selling it because I couldnt beat the big monkey boss. I got so frustrated...

The hardest game i rekon is Need For Speed Most Wanted. Im 3 on the Black List but 2 and 1 are reallly hard!!

Hardest for me was Monster Hunter. Not cause of the difficulty, cause for me personally, the game was SLOOOOOOOW

monster hunter is not hard... i find playing yu gi oh harder>< cant get the card i wan all the time

FF Crisis Core.It was hard because I couldn't get into it.Maybe it's cause I'm use to Ff on a big screen.I'm unsure of this.

For me its a tie between final fantasy tactics: the war of the lions (I could beat it, but since I had the strategy guide, I wanted to do every little thing right), and monster hunter freedom 2. It is such a chicken/egg material gathering game that you need other people to help you win. Luckily I had a buddy.

Up until last night it was Prinny: Can I Really be the Hero? That game is so very traditional Japanese platformer. And that last boss is merciless. I lost probably 50 lives on him alone. So 20% of the lives I have lost in that game were on the final boss. Finally beat him last night though!Now it will probably go back to being Holy Invasion of Privacy Badman! What Did I Do to Deserve This? I accidentally beat it once at PAX...but I haven't been able to kill that Heroman since. And the challenges are still hard as hell.

For me it was FF: Crisis Core for a while, but then I finally listened to people's advice and got myself a Costly Punch materia which made the game a breeze. Right now, however, it's Castlevania: Dracula X Chronicles. I love the classic games dearly, cause they're the ones I grew up with but I've never been able to finish any of them without resorting to cheating in some way, I'm THAT bad. Dracula X Chronicles has induced many moments where I've been tempted to throw my PSP at the wall. Beating Death with Richter? Forget about it. I've been trying on and off for months now... still can't do it. So lame.I should also mention that for both my PSP and NDS I've refused to buy cheat devices, so all the games I have I play through naturally, otherwise I wouldn't be complaining about the difficulty at all, haha.

I think monster Hunter 2 is the hardest game i own... I gave up on it, thinking of restarting it though
