Swordmasters are so much better, they crit just as much if not more and plus they became horrible in fe8 because the overpowered rogue.

I read somewhere that statistically speaking, if both characters had the same stats the swordmaster would win out. Swordmasters look cooler anyway and have that bonus to critical which gives them the edge over the haphazard one hit kill of the assassin.

Assassins have speed to be able to land multiple hits, while warriors are too slow and land only one

Assasins is more better than SwordmastersHe's have better agility rather than Swordmasters

swordmaster for me, cause my assassin almost never got the 1 hit ko thing...and sword master is more reliable

i prefer assasins because they are much more agile and "stealthy" than the sword-wielding ones

Swordmaster. In fact, I have to max out at least one SM in every FE game I've ever owned.

Both they each always have a high critical rate but the swordmaster has one just a little bit higher and the assassin can kill an Enemy in one hit.

i like the dark. sleath us the most important thing!!!!!assassins rocks!!!!swordmaster are quite good, but not reliable, can get urself stab easily

I have to go with Swordsmaster, since i like being able to fight long battles (as long as its good) than kill in one go

Do you even know what the hell we're talking about? It sounds like you're talking about general RPGs and not Fire Emblem.As for me, I prefer swordmasters. I could get above 50% crit rates on them but have never gotten that high on an assassin. And female SMs are sexieri like the dark. sleath us the most important thing!!!!!assassins rocks!!!!swordmaster are quite good, but not reliable, can get urself stab easily

like assassins better coz they can do 1 hit kill damage upon you even though you have critical attacks if your 1 hit kill then smug that critical smirk on you FACE!!!! YA!!!!!!

I find sword masters to be the more beautiful of the classes, the assasin looks rushed in graphic design. plus, the master has such a beautiful critical.

i go for assassin.i like them both but an assassin can 1 hit kill someone and he gets more exp for it 2

I've always preferred assassins over swordmasters in any type of game.I think that they're way cooler.
