I really like double battles too, because I like to make combonations and I can do more damage.

i like 2vs2 battles the best. the ones where you have a trainer to help you, going up against two opponents. its awesome.

Single battles, definitely.Double battles get annoying because you have to be careful with what moves you use because you can end up hurting not only the enemy, but your other Pokemon as well (a good example is the move Surf)

i'm entirely happy with the classic single battle. I've always been a one on one battle person. hence my gravitating to stuff like 3rd person adventure

Double battles are better due to haveing the chance to use a rubbish pokemon u want to evolve without xp share or makeing another pokemon like u more

Single battles are a bit easier. Double battles you can have a pokemon out that's a bit weaker to train it, while the other one does the hitting, like DeoxysFan13 said. They both have their advantages and disadvantages.

Double battles are better, they are faster, and you need additional strategy to win.

Single battles, It's more of what I'm used too and besides my brain hurts when I play double battles. I also don't like to share experince between pokemon its easier for me to train one at a time.

double battles. im better when i can do awesome combos in teams (such as earthwuake with a flying partner, discharge with a ground partner and surf with protect or a pokemon that can heal and/or has two types that aren't very affected by water) i can come up with multiple team combos... comes with many years of playing rpg's!
Should I feel bad if I want everything to become ice cream?

double battles are too complicated and aren't fun if you're alone....single battles do the trick lolo and about contest battles...what the heck!?! thats not even pokemon they just introduced it for young kids who dnt understand poo about battles!

maybe they tried to make pokemon more realistic then just plain old battling. I mean take fashion shows for example. It has nothing to do about battles but it's still used to give some extra appeal to the game so it won't get boring and people stop buying(i hope that's clear)double battles are too complicated and aren't fun if you're alone....single battles do the trick lolo and about contest battles...what the heck!?! thats not even pokemon they just introduced it for young kids who dnt understand poo about battles!

i prefure double batles they are easier to beat and you can more than one pokemon in them.

I prefer double battles. They are more fun and require more skill. Plus, they are more rare than regular battles.

definitely single battles, they're classic, but double battles are very fun and i like those because there is sometimes more strategy
