My L button's fine, however my R never works unless I mash it repeatedly. Even then it doesn't work. >.>

My GBA is the old model from 2002 (Magma Red) and it's in very good condition because of this. I still play on it occasionally.mine has never broke...just use it gently

The GBA has the sturdiest- feeling buttons that I've ever used, in my opinion. I was really young when I had mine and as a young child, I had a tendency to button mash really hard, but my GBA's buttons still function just as well as the day I got it. The DS Lite and GBA SP, however, don't feel as resilient to me.

I have had my SP for at least 3 years and the buttons are all working fine.I don't know anyone who has had this problem besides you but that being said it still might be a big issue.

YEs, becasue I bought one blue gba sp and one buttons was the L buttons. it broke! I can use it but press really hard to do it!

Both of mine are not working well... but I play on the computer and use a play station controller so I just moved from L1 and R1 to L2 and R2 lol

On my GBA they still work great! My Sp the R button dose not work majority of the time so i have to press the crap out of it.
