i would like see more shooting games, fighting, and sword involved games added to the wii. have you seen the amount of shooting games for the wii it is very little and the best one are all about zombies or involving nerf.

Heh, there should more ANYTHING on the Wii. There just seems like they like a collection coz their games aren't so memorable compared to what they had on N64. Personally, i think they need FPS, coz this console is perfect for those. RPG's wouldn't hurt, wouldn't mind seeing a remake of FF 5-9 + tactics. Heard they're gonna remake a PSone Resident evil. How about some good PSone and 2 games like dark cloud. But mostly i wanna see a lot more RPGs and FPS games.
Should I feel bad if I want everything to become ice cream?

i'd like some more fantasy/rpg/adventure games that aren't geared towards children. it's my favorite genre after all.

probably more of the types of games that gave N64 and Gamecube its prime. Other than a bunch of Mario games, an LoZ that got ripped by Wind Waker and another Metroid Prime, not many games have excelled their predecessors on previous consoles. We need more of awesome games such as Luigi's Mansion, Starfox Adventures etc. Stuff that made GC great as well as remakes of NES/SNES classics with probably 3D, new inventive uses of the Wiimote and possibly all new storylines (assuming their not replicas of classics such as Ice Climber and Earthbound)EDIT: I know i posted on this thread, but i didn't think it was on the same page!

I'd say more RPGs, especially one set in a medieval world that makes more use of the wii's motion sensing for the fencing. Pirates of the Caribbean was still a bit disappointing there, and I don't know about Prince of Persia, but the Wii does have the capability for more "realistic" sword and shield combat. If anyone still remembers "Die by the Sword" for the PC - something along that lines would be great on the Wii.

I think this gen needs more RPGs in general. I don't know where they went after dominating the PS2 last generation, but the current lineup is really weak, even when you add the upcoming Final Fantasy games in. After that, I'm really hoping for some more adventure games, like Okami, that actually put the remote to good use but don't totally center the game around it.

I would like to see more RPG's. Even though the wii is made for "action" gaming, not all the games have to require motion! I would love to see a real-style pokemon game on the wii with a storyline and everything, not like battle revolution where it was just battling and no training.

I think the Wii already has it's share of puzzle games and other types of casual games, it really needs more shooters! 
But what I think it needs even more then shooters are RPG's! I mean seriously, there haven't been any really good, deep, hard involving RPG's for the Wii yet, I'm seriously dissapointed
