I have experienced PS3 graphics on HD. At the brother's house, my brothers and sister-in-law played Tour of Duty 4: Modern Warfare on his television. It was cool and fun. It was the best gaming experience.

It is amazing. The PS3 is such a well built machine, I can't wait to see GoW3 and the next FF in HD. The blu-ray movies are perfect and the DVD upscaler works so well for making old DVDs even better.

Its insane comparing 720p to my tube tv is a huge step its like they remade the game or they had a layer they forgot to turn on. In oblivion you could pick out the hairs on peoples heads when before they were kinda all smooshed together.

Do you need an HDMI cable hooked up on your PS3 to go HD?The games looks awesome already but that's just on those standard cables.

I sprung for HDMI cables a few months ago, they're really not that expensive so long as your TV is compatible. Mine isn't gigantic, exactly, but that's really not my #1 concern.
