Gunstar Heroes man. Treasure did amazing things with this game. They also went on to make Ikaruga, the best shooter for all next-gen consoles

Rez, Sonic 3 & Knuckles, Shining Force, and Jet Grind Radio are at the top of my list. Honorable mentions go to the Phantasy Star series and Shenmue.

Castlevania isn't a SEGA game, it's a konami game.

BTW Casltvania: bloodlines was a konami game but it was exclusive only to sega!I would say Gunstar Heroes and Phantasy star 4 (The ONLY good RPG for sega)and the OLD sonic series (sonic1-knuckles)
