Well to bad for you. It depends on what game you have though. I have Metal Gear Acid and it is very good. What game do you have.

I bought my PSP just a few days ago. I got one of those value deals at Ebgames. It was expensive but well worth it.

Well..I don't know about "well worth it" I like my DS more because it's padded by around 200 dollars in CASH. The PSP was freaking expensive, and for what? If you drop it all of a sudden you got a coaster, people are sending them back to Sony because of complaints that the screen colors tend to get washed out, and the fact that it's got so much clutter in it makes me wonder about the games. Why does it need to play PSP format ( stupidest idea freaking ever ) movies and all that if the games are any good?

Man the PSPs great. The only problem that it has is that the battery life is kinda short but that can be over looked by the fact that its such a cool piece of hardware.

Just saw a screenshot of the PSP, running a racing game. it is awsome! Better than PC Graphics. A must have for any portable gaming lover! I wish there was a free PSP offer, god damn it! ;) ;) :P What do ya think? What is the better detail on PSP?Best Regards,Fir-Zen

;) Well, it's quite simple really. Sony, like Microsoft, like nintendo, are all in this for the money. But, if you don't like the movies, just don't get them lol.

Yeah..besides the lack of games, and the fact it's inevitable you'll get the screen scratched and then have to wait weeks before it gets repaired. (I had to deal with Sonys horrible customer service)

Well, I don't know. I've seen one and held one before.. Hmm..The overexcessive price sure is a good point about the PSP.The dead pixels are pretty nice to have too.Oh, yeah, the fact it doesn't fit into a pocket without making you look like a moron if you're wearing jeans is cool.Honestly I never liked the PSP. Only good point I can think of is that it does a darn lot of things.

I put the PSP into my jeans pocket, and it was fine. It didnt look bulky at all. So quit talking sh*t.

If you have a big enough duo card then you can just convert movies onto your PSP. I have a 512 duo card and XXX 2 on it and the picture and sound are great.

No matter what size the duo is, there is no way you can convert any movie to the same quality of a UMD one. THat's why there's a market for UMD movies

u know that u can download the umd movies if u have bitcommit or any torrant program, its the same way as lumines.its looks perfectly smoothe has the right size resolutoin and every, they have movies like starwar 3, shaun od the dead and some other droppings. i only got lumines cause its the only thing that could fit on my psp right know, they got lumines to fit on a 32 mb mem. stick. the files only take up 27. mb witch is more then my snes file so i had to remove some of the roms, nut the movies r around 300 to 500 mb so if u have a 512. mb memory stick then u can get umds, and the other games they got besides lumines, witch right know the site i get it from only has lumine, wipeout, and that one vapire game i forggot what it was called,

I agree, the psp is an extremely impresive console, so what if they put the dvd on special disks, if you have enough money to buy psp, and you wanted to watch movies, why didnt you just get a portable dvd player? on the other hand, they could have left more of a open architecture on the psp, and allowed for a seperate dvd plug in or something,

Well, if you have a job at McDonalds or something, why are you working there? Not to see people smile im pretty sure, and not for the love to make peoples lives shorter by selling them greasy food. You're in the job for the MONEY, thats what people have job's for. Even though McDonalds logo is we love to see you smile, everytime I go to one, they seem like doing the best job possible to NOT seeing you smile. Well, sorry for being off topic... yeah. Well if you don't want a UMD movie, DONT GET ONE. I'm probably getting one, which is Advent Children, I don't know when its coming out though...

The PSP is first and foremost a game machine, with more than a little on the side!Sony could have made the psp play only games, but they choose to give us a truly integrated device, a few sites are hosting apps that allow you to play AVI's and eventually DivX files on your psp without encoding and placing the video file in the MP_ROOT folder!the psp will eventually be able to emulate a mini PDA, with a brillant line up of eventually PS2 quality games, PSPlinux Q, and the PSP keyboard, with multiplayer capabilities! YOU CAN NEVER HATE THE PSPPSP FOREVER!!!

i dont think there is any 'portable gaming device' that you could put in jean pockets (unless they are ridiculously baggy) without looking stupid. anyways so what if i doesnt fit in your pants, jacket pocket or a bad works good.
