Game on computer can be patched while the game on the TV.....hope the company will replace it.....

i prefer roms because i am a "dirty cheater" as my friend says because i use save states every minute so i can beat a game without dying.

Games on the TV are better.But they are cheaper and easier to get on PC

Other way around people, Console (TV) games are cheaper:The average price for a PC game is $50.00 (at least all the good games are)The average price for a Console game is $20.00 (unless it's a release or a big seller, otherwise as much as a PC game $50.00)The PC games that are around $1.00~$20.00 are like solitaire games and stuff, or stuff on saleI have a PlayStation 2 and where I live the standard price is $20.00 for those games, unless it's like Final Fantasy or something, it's just easier to bootleg PC games, for consoles, you need a mod chip or a swipe cardGames on the TV are better.But they are cheaper and easier to get on PC

ROMS, because of the hacks and you don`t have to find and buy a gameshark. As soon as I beat a game, I emulate it.

roms are ok but take away from the companies when people dont buy the actual gameI prefer the actual game just for authenticity sake

almost always fromt he computer... even without emulation.. still off my computer. consoles just aren't that great now days.but I love my gamecube

I like using the computer to play games It may not run as good but I can play anywhere if I use my laptop.

No offence or anything, but I have a PS2 and use WAY more than computer games (as a matter of fact I built a computer specificly for games and it hasn't seen use for quite a while, and the fact it freezes dosen't help it), plus anyway, some games are harder to buy for the PC, NE1 heard of the Hot Coffee mod in GTA:SA? That's the PC version, and that's just with a patch installed, they upped the rating and everything, the PS2 version is still Maturealmost always fromt he computer... even without emulation.. still off my computer. consoles just aren't that great now days.but I love my gamecube
, the PC version is now AO, Adults Only, and even though i'll be able to play them next month, it dosen't help the masses of people that just turned 17 (I am currently 17 but will be 18 in the 28th of may)You can play games portably with a console too, they're just not called consoles, they're called handhelds, and they are much smaller than a laptop, like the PSP, I can put my PSP in my pocket, try doing that with a laptop let alone a gaming laptop (a laptop with suped up amounts of RAM and a very good video card, like some Alienware models), now of course you can get a PDA or something like that, but do they run games very well? NoI like using the computer to play games It may not run as good but I can play anywhere if I use my laptop.

Hmmmm... well unless you don't have a Gameboy Player, you can't play em on the TV. But if I did I'd say on TV just cuz of the bigger screen. Computer is fine with me for now. Until I get the GB player.

I generally prefer playing real games: it's more ethical but sometimes playing on emulator can let me save state and increase the game speed, which are very convenient.
