Sephioroth was a great villian. Only Villian I actually wanted to beat. All the others were "meh, I'll do it just to beat the game."

As much as I am not a huge fan of FF7, I will put Sephiroth because he was one of the better characters in the game (Cloud was a wuss!). As for villains NOT on your list, I would vote for Ghaleon from Lunar.

I'd say Sephioroth for a game, but I would prefer Team Rocket in Pokemon lol j.k. (Note)I would have to say my all time favorite villain (not related to a game) would be No Heart off of Carebares. He always failed, but at least he tried.

Nah, I prefer the Joker from Batman!! Every time he loses, he starts laughing. HOW KICK ASS IS THAT?!!!!! He's got jokes! haha Another would be Itachi and Paine from Naruto.

Nintendo and villainy don't really mix. Too scared to really go out of their bounds to do anything shocking.I'd have to go with Kun Lan from Killer7. Really creepy overall. Even if he isn't the real villain he's got personality.

Sephiroth. Like the char design, like the way they set him up.And there's more plot to it, not the stereotypical stealing the princess or something. he's actually a hero, but was messed with by JENOVA, and is now manipulated. his mind is jacked up, not what it used to be. yeah, he was always cold, but he was a hero in the past, leastwise he tried to be. then found out what he did and went berserk, and JENOVA used the anger to mess up his head, so she could control him. now he's a puppet, against his own wishes.there's more plot to it. most villains dont have much background to them like that, its the hero's they usually give background to, which makes no sense to me. I find it mindless and boring.not saying all, not familiar with a few on the poll, so I went by the ones I knew.
