Bowser is Wicked, he is the only one in the selection who does head stomping, brutal. If Mario games where more mature, you would see Mario and Bowser stomping heads with guts, brains, and skull flying everywhere.Bowser also blows fire and uses the spikes on his back, He does not have those for show. He also has a whole army that follows him and he is intelligent.

for me the best villian is sephioroth, because he never dies on final fantasy VII, the other villians don't have any evil characteristics like sephiorothand what about sigma eh????the best villian of megaman x series..........................................

Achilles the Greek God-Man. He is my favorite villan/hero.Actually I do like Sephiroth quite a bit. He's a vicious villian, in Kingdom Hearts and in Final Fantasy 7
