I like Bowser; close up when hes not all gnarly, his mouth is kinda cute and in Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga, Bowser's really funny

Personally all the villains you listed are kinda weak. the best FF villain to me is still Kefka(sp) After all his idea was to destroy everything, simply cause it was fun. Over all I must say the best villain is Claudandus from Felidae, its a book villain but how much of a mental muck he caused just earned him being a great villain. For video games... I'm tempted to say Van from ToA. So yea for me thats my choice, but Bowser on here.

of your choices I selected Sephiroth. However, I think ganondorf from zelda makes a pretty good villain. I mean he looks like he was kicked straight out of hell.

Top 1= Sephirot.. Probably because hes one of my favorite Characters in Final FantasyTop 2= The Team Rocket.. Because I love Pokemon so muchTop 3= Ultimecia.. haha.. i dunno.. i just like her..
