I would say sephiroth, Kudaj, Semour(FFX), Itachi, Pein. Theres more but that is all I can name for now.

Well...Bowser is the primary candidate for Villain of all time but yeah, Ganadorf should be on here too. Especially the Wind Waker Ganadorf...creepy
