Sephiroth hands down. that guy was so evil I couldn't wait to end his life by my own hands. So that's why I leveled up my characters to infinite strength lol.

Of those you listed i chose Bowser. He's a cool and funny villian. But if i can chose free the i pick Kefka from Final Fantasy VI. He's a awesome villian.

I voted sephiroth, but only because Lex Luthor wasn't on the poll. Also, its really Jenova that should be there instead of Sephiroth.
