Bringing my GBA to school is a high risk, as it is illegal. Some prefects could give me a patdown and find it, either that or some kids report/take it from me.

in high school, my calculus teacher didn't care if we goofed off or played video games as long as we knew the material. so it was nice having my gba around when i got sick of equations.can't do that anymore now that i'm in college. at least with roms on a laptop, i'd be better at multitasking and typing notes while playing.

Different schools vary on whether or not you can bring in the device. My school allowed the device so long as it's played before and after class. Durring break or during lunch. Other then that it's fair game for confiscation until further notice.

When I was still in school I took my Game Boy Colour. I take my Gameboy advance to work and play it on break sometimes though. Does that count?

I used to all the time. But now I opt for an iPod because it's easier to get away with.

OMG I used to do this all the time! Whether it was the GBA or the DS, I always brought it to school to play after classwork was done. The best part was that there wasn't a rule against playing it in school! What I'd give to have those times back... :D

Not really because I go to a high school as a sophomore and everything is pretty hectic there. So I usually don't have time to play.

I do take it sometimes, however, I really prefer not to take it to school, because I have seen and heard of kids who lost their Game Boys for good when they get caught.

I vote no because I don't have a gba or ds, but I have a gameboy and I didn't bring it to school back then. School already has enough going on so I don't see the point. But I would bring it to pokemon link battle with friends though haha.

Most of the time I leave gaming to at home :P.. But since I'm in College now, I'll play a bit on my laptop when I have some free time to kill.

Every. Single. Day.I would play it while waiting for the bus, on the bus, before school started, during lunch, and busride home. Many times my battery would run out by the end of the day, so i would be playing it at like 1 or 2 minute intervals on the busride home as the battery died again and again

Only when I think today is bored or so. No good reason~ But I don't really like to bring it at school, not cause the teachers, but cause my friends, they keep asking to give it a try.
