i guess humans are inherently good as we have a sort of moral compass in us... there are always external 'magnets' aka evil that deviate this compass

We're consumers. We consume everything we lay our eyes on.Being good or evil is a conscious decision we make for ourselves. We decide on an individual basis what is right and what is wrong by our own standards. That's why we're freethinking creatures.Also, there are way too many generalizations here. Not everyone is inherently evil, or inherently good, or inherently selfish or anything else you have all listed. That's why we grow and mature. We develop into something different (hopefully better) than we started out to be.

Well like some people already said, i think we are neutral and how your childhood was kinda is what makes you a murderer or a really nice person.My cousins freaking evil he shot my neighbors dog cause it barked at him

good and bad are just words human being have made up to describe what we beleive is moral. there are no ultimate guidelines so you cannot place the standards we made against ourselves and get a legit answer.

No one is truly good or evil.Yin and Yang. To have one is to have the another. Its like Riku from Kingdom Hearts 2. He's dark (evil), but he's light (good). You can't be good, and not have a speck of evil in you. Thats just not possible. The only thing that means is that the person can surpress his evil side.

Well to really answer that you need to be a psycologist, which is why I'm reading psycology to find out why humans are what they are, so far it's been pretty interestingHowever it's about how you grew up, the things you've experienced in the past and many other factors which causes one to behave the way one do, it's easier to do what you've always done instead to try something new, which is pretty much why I belong to the "evil" side

men are evil. there are too many temptations in this world to believe that their personality is not influenced by it.it is just way easier to do bad things instead of being nice and friendly.it has also been demonstrated by so many cultures that men are evil. they see life in the world like a sort of punishment for humans sent by god/gods.
