Humans are creatures of habit, habits that are picked up from there parents. SO, I guess we can blame all our problems on our parents. But, really humans are gonna do what they have to do to survive, and also if there is no guidance, i belive humans are going to lean towards the evil. Because most temptations are evil to some degree, even if its just a little bit, its gonna draw you in.

dependsi don't think there is a good or evil. At least not something that you are born with. We only do things that are considered 'normal' by the society where we live. Theres been experiments where normal 'good' students were put into a mock prison and after a week or so, they started hurting, insulting and harassing each other. so you can't really say whether they are good or evil, they are just doing the same as whats going on around them. its all about perspective i guess

I believe that theres alot more "evil" people out there than "good" people. Why? Its because our society makes it so easy to be evil then to be good.

I think they are more neutral. You cant generalize one person for behaviors of one kind. If you are looking at it individually, there are some who leans toward the good side and other lean toward the bad side. No one is truly good or evil though

Each person is born incapable of doing evil, and I want to believe that we all desire/are meant to stay that way.

They will aim at self-preservation/survival, security, selfishness, and so on, mostly led by emotions, especially fear. In our world this will automatically bring acts of evil into play in many cases.

To put a species as psycologicly diverse as humns into catagories of good and evil will not happen. Every good person in the would has evil, as every evil person has good.

We wouldn't have made it this far if the majority were evil .. so good people are basically the foundation of humanity

There isn't any good or evil in this world. Everything is in between. Even the worst of criminal should have a soft spot, and the best of saints should have a time where he/she did something terrible.Humans are not capable for complete evil or complete good. They are never born evil or good. It will come to nurturing to shape their character.

1) Humans have free will. Free will allows them to do act consciously. Laws determine what is right and wrong. Humans breaking the law, are only breaking what they decided to be right or wrong. There is essentially no right or wrong but what society has dictated. Therefore bad and good are also creations of human beings.2) Human beings are sinful beings. They are born with sin. In order to be fully good, they need to be what is fully human. That is God's original intention for us. To be fully human would be how Jesus was. However because we have free will, the fact that we sin is a constant struggle for us. No one can be either good or bad. We are in the balance between the two.3) God is good, god created man in the image of god. Therefore man is good.

There is always some who are good, and some who are evil. So far, complete victory over the other alignment is impossible.

Humans are arrogant, self-centred, naricistic bastards who should be ashamed of what they have done to the Earth and all it's inhabitants (including other humans). We (humans) have screwed up everything around us. Hell, we even left our trash in space and on other planets. The most 'evil' thing about it is that we can't do anything to put everything back to the way it was. We can't fix Global Warming. We can't revive extinct species. We can't pick up all our trash and have the universe the way it was before we f***ed it up. That is the most 'evil' thing about us.

I think we're both in a way we developed society and human nature

How the hell does that make the Human race good as a whole? Thats just another fault in the endless list of negative traits that Humans hold.

1) And the Laws of nature? We broke that thousands of years ago. Is that good?2) and 3) You cannot bring religion (which is a theory thought up by man) into an arguement about whether or not man (the creators of religion) is good or evil.

both because we are balanced with yinyang

And I suppose this 'YinYang' will suddenly correct ALL of man's mistakes? I'd like to see that.

I belive that all humans are born good but with the enviroment they grow up or actions that take place during the persons life can turn them evil.

Being born is bad enough. Our numbers have broken the laws of nature. We were not supposed to be the predator, but the prey. Why is it then that we out number ALL of our natural predators a thousand to one? creating more humans is evil.
