First, I did check the tuts for this, but I'm still stumpedok, I have an image in ps and I transferred it to photoshop, but I don't know how to make the individual layers in photoshop transfer to idividual animation slides. SOmeone, anyone, please help!

Ok, in your slide window you should have a slide that looks like your image, duplicate the slide, then click on the newly made slide. Go over to the layers pallete and check the visibility (eye) box on whatever layers you want to be visible in that particular slide. Rinse and repeat.

I pressed the little button at the buttom of your tool bar thingy (underneath the mask options and whatnot)
